Our logistics team examines the situation (delivery times, country infrastructure) and determines the best solution for transporting the materials (by sea, land, air, or multimodal). All administrative aspects (insurance, inspections, transport documents) are handled by us.
Our After-Sales Service kicks in after the material is delivered. Our customers have the option to request a warranty extension. Our network of subcontractors allows us to offer very short intervention times in any city worldwide, in order to avoid material downtime. For replacements, we ensure a fast service thanks to our partnerships with express delivery companies worldwide.
